Insurance:
We accept most PPO’s and some POS insurance plans. Call, fax, or email your insurance information along with your Date of birth.
We will check to see if your insurance has acupuncture benefits.
Please allow 48 hours to get benefit information.

We have a cash discount for people who don’t have insurance:

Our fee schedule for the uninsured:
$135 dollars for initial consult and visit.
$85 dollars for each additional visit.
$50 for herbal consult.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule please be sure to call the clinic 24 hours before your scheduled appointment so we can make your time available to another client. If you do not reschedule 24 hours in advance - or if you miss your scheduled appointment - you will be charged a cancellation fee of $50.00.

Herbal Return Policy:
Herbal formulas are individualized and therfore we cannot accept herbal returns.
